U.S. Homebuyer LLC Provides Private Lenders With:

  • Promissory Note: The promissory note provides the lender with collateral against their investment capital.
  • Hazard Insurance Policy: This policy names the lender as additional insured; protecting them in the event of a fire, flood or natural disaster.
  • Deed of Trust / Mortgage: The deed publicly secures the lenders’ investment in the property. This is recorded with the county clerk.
  • Servicing Company: This third-party company works in partnership with us to deliver quarterly reporting, as well as tax documents, payments and more.
